The Monkey Wrench is a rum cocktail with grapefruit juice and a dash of bitters. However, its much better if you appreciate it in the simplicity of the design. Why? It tastes like grapefruit juice.
I say add 3 dashes of bitters to give it a bit more unique flavor, don’t just roll with the single dash. It’s not a complicated drink but it does give people with light rum and a small budget something to work towards.
