The Distinguished Gentleman
- 1 1/2 oz. London Dry Gin
- 1/2 oz. St. Germaines Elder Flower
- 3 Dashes of Teapot Bitters
- Splash of Dry Vermouth
Four Centuries Cocktail
- 1 1/2 oz. Applejack
- 1/2 oz. Tuaca
- Splash of Cherry Herring
- 2-3 Dashes of Spanish Bitters
The Armada Cocktail
- 2 oz. Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz. Cointreau
- 2/3 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
- 3 Dashes Spanish Bitters
