Now you can go drink, will this work in place of Irish Cream? Perhaps, but it could probably also extend the need of an Irish Cream and work with it (perhaps in 1:1 ratios) to bring a hint of banana and overcharged potency to your Irish Cream. If you can imagine banana in coffee, than this could be your next “Irish Coffee” as well.
Personally, it seems to make a good sipper, toss it on ice and watch a movie.
