The Pumpkin Spice White Russian takes the white Russian to a new level by adding pumpkin spice flavor profile to the cream of your white Russian. The concept behind this is simple … an easy vodka cocktail but a potent vodka cocktail.
We found pumpkin spice to be vibrant and almost a bit hot spicy flavor, but a lot of that probably came through the the two whole ounces of vodka. You can use an off the shelf pumpkin pie spice for this drink, and your heavy cream will mix with that as you shake those two, we suggest doubling the quantity of your cream and spice so you have enough for the cocktail after it melds itself to the sidewalls of your seasonal fall cocktail.
The Pumpkin Spice White Russian
– 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
– 1 oz. Heavy Cream
– 2 oz. Vodka
– 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
– Whipped Cream (optional)
– Chocolate Syrup (optional)
Yep, you can add whipped cream and chocolate syrup to your easy vodka drink known as the Pumpkin Spice White Russian. We didn’t add the optional ingredients, but that could maybe lighten the heavy load of vodka in this white Russian variant.
