Every year we need a valentine’s day cocktail, this year it’s the Dainty’s Cranberry Gimlet. This valentine’s day cocktail is like a blend of a lemon drop and the cosmopolitan. This is much like the cosmopolitan recipe because it brings cranberry juice and citrus vodka together, but has a bit more sweetness like the lemon drop even if, ironically, it brings lime instead of lemon.
Lime pairs great with cranberry juice so it works well in this recipe while still bringing the citrus fun.

– 2 oz. citrus vodka
– 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
– 3/4 oz cranberry juice
– 1/2 oz agave nectar
– lemon twist garnish
