Spring is in the air and for the next few Mondays we’ll be doing Gin & Tonic Mondays, today we feature the Elderflower Gin & Tonic. Nothing like a good G&T to make your Mondays great.
Or, any day really. The Gin and Tonic is a stable gin drink but they’re not always the same, this variant of a G&T has elderflower to make it slightly different and also uses an American Style gin. You can still get away with a London Dry if that’s what you have.
