This is one I created cause, watching Duck Dynasty, I always wondered exactly what was in that tea that Si was always drinking. Something has to bring rationality to his actions and odd stories and such. So I decided to take it upon myself to create my own Si Tea in a way I feel brings a bit of the south to it. It’s made much like a long island tea but I added my own take on it. It has a kick and sweetness to it as well. Very tasty and it’s sure to make you Happy, Happy, Happy, JACK!
DUCK DYNASTY: SI’S TEA
- ½ oz. Vodka
- ½ oz. Triple Sec
- ½ oz. Rum
- ½ oz. Gin
- ½ oz. Southern Comfort
- 2 oz. Sweet & Sour
- Fresh brewed & chilled Orange Pekoe Tea

In a separate mug filled with hot water steep the teabag until ready. Place the tea into the freezer for about 10 minutes. Next in a large tall glass add Vodka, Triple Sec, Rum, Gin, & Southern Comfort and mix lightly. Add the Sweet & Sour then top with the chilled Orange Pekoe Tea. Cut a lemon in half and create a slice for your garnish. Take the other half of the lemon and quarter it and place into the tea. Serve with a straw and enjoy.
