Tasting Notes: A light fruity flavor that rings out citrus from start to finish. The cranberry adds a bit of color, almost a peach-tone, but doesn’t bring too much dry to the finish. Hints of sour bite, it doesn’t truly bring anything of that sort. It has more of a flat “sweet and sour” like flavor without the fresh bite and sweet ending. Definitely a light and juicy citrus alternative to a cosmo.
It’s a cosmo but it’s also got lemonchello so be it the name! Jennifer was a bigger fan of the Cosmochello than I was, because she found it had a nice citrus flavor along with some fruitiness. To me, the lemonchello adds that “fakey fake” sour sweet citrus flavor that I like more from that of a homemade sour mix, but, lemonchello fans have something to really love from this cocktail. - 1 1/2 oz Citrus Vodka
- 1/2 oz Cointreau
- 3/4 oz Limoncello
- 1 oz Cranberry Juice
