How To Make The Whiskey Pop

We’re on location at a cocktail party this week, we start the week with a bourbon and champagne cocktail. Not a huge hit at the party, as bourbon doesn’t really fit their style. This cocktail contains: 1 Cube of Sugar, 4 Dash of Angostura Bitters, 1/2 oz. Bourbon Whiskey, top with Sparkling Pinot Gregio.
