Bring on the bourbon and… mint? Yep. We’ve done a cocktail with a similar name and ingredients, but different measures. This one has more less peach than the Illuminati we’ve done. Not quite sure bourbon needs mint, but I’d love to know what others think. This cocktail has 3 oz. Bourbon, 1/2 oz. White Creme de Menthe, 1/2 tsp Peach Schnapps.
