How To Make The Red Death

A lot of alcohols build out this cocktail including vodka, southern comfort, amaretto, triple sec and sloe gin. Bring in a bit of lime juice and orange juice to disperse some of this alcohol.

The red death has been my favorite drink since before I was of legal age. As you commented, the death part comes in after you’ve had a few of these delicious bad boys and attempt to stand up. I think you may have added a little too much OJ in the video, in my experience it has always had more of a fruit punch taste.

I first had one of these in Florida years ago. One time we wanted to recreate it. Had to drink MANY mistakes. The drink recipe I had did not have the drink so I had to make a Kamikaze and Alabama Slammer and put it in one glass. I “borrowed” a glass from a club that would make the drink so I had the right OJ ratio. This is where the mistakes came in. We used either too much or little OJ.

If mixed correctly, tastes like fruit punch.

Just found some of the old (18+ years) left over bottles of booze. I hink I may have to try it out again. 🙂
