I’m feeling seasonal again. Pears have fallen slightly out of season here in New England as we have already harvested all the pears from the three tree’s I grow. However, pear vodka is always in season and pomegranate juice is highly flavorful and bright. This cocktail lends itself to a slightly sour taste, which isn’t something we explore as much as we should on the show
Also, checkout the Ice Jacket on the vodka, isn’t it cute? A good holiday gift for cocktail lovers that have a bit of room in the freezer to stand up an ice jacket (we froze ours slightly tilted to fit in the freezer in the basement)
