The Ice Queen, a recipe using a more common ice wine from Canada: Vidal. The vidal grape is a hearty little hybrid that can struggle through the winters more easily which translates to a lower costing ice wine style. In a cocktail, it adds a unique sweetness with hints of apple and pear.
