St Petersburg Vodka has created a recipe known as the Hermitage. It should become something of a classic as it has all the properties to a historical drink: taste, simplicity and elegance. You’ll probably want to use your favorite champagne, if you have one, to really impress yourself with the tastes. However, the champagne doesn’t overpower the drink and the vodka stays subtle in a good marriage, allowing folks that aren’t huge fans of either champagne or vodka to appreciate the cocktail on the palate.
