The Carbonated Piston Slinger is a fierce little drink that will grab your senses and sling them around the room like a rag doll. This drink contains two ounces of 151 Rum, play nice with this sour cocktail before it plays back hard.
Although this drink looks like a sweet and innocent beverage, it’s roaring with sours. Colored by the berry in the Sloe Gin, it may remind you of a granadine but that’s far from the truth. Add a bit of club soda, some fresh lime juice and put that in a highball or collins glass and you’re good to serve. Bottoms up!
